PERCUTANEOUS PERITONEAL DIALYSIS CATHETER INSERTION (PREDICT)
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is the most frequent form of home dialysis for patients with kidney failure. A well-functioning PD catheter is vital to the success of PD. The PREDICT (PeRcutaneous pEritoneal DIalysis Catheter inserTion) project aims to increase knowledge about the percutaneous insertion of a PD catheter. New centers will be trained for percutaneous PD catheter insertion and outcomes of percutanesously inserted catheters will be assessed.

PD Access
Practices
It is well recognized that adherence to a number of best practices is essential in creating a long-term well-functioning peritoneal dialysis access, irrespective of the catheter implementation approach.
Within the PREDICT project, we aim to develop and facilitate research on PD access center practices.
