Retrospective study

OBJECTIVE

• To assess the outcomes of percutaneously inserted PD catheters.

INCLUSION CRITERIA

• Patients of 18 years and older.
• Underwent percutaneous PD catheter insertion between 1st October 2014 and 1st January 2022 in the participating centers. 

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

• Patients will be excluded if the medical chart mentions objection against use of data for medical research purpose.

PARTICIPATING CENTERS

• Belgium (UZ Brussel)
• The Netherlands (LUMC, UMC Utrecht, Bravis Hospital, Rijnstate Hospital and Haga Hospital)

TIMELINES

We included all patients who underwent percutaneous PD catheter insertion between 1st October 2014 and 1 January 2022 in the participating centers. Data collection has been completed in April 2023. Study results are expected Q3-4 2023.
